I won't be there this year, don't have too much fun without me.
Can someone stand at the back and awkwardly nod during Behemoth for me please.

Re: Trivial Grumblings
My drive home (at half 11pm) was erractic enough that the police pulled me over for a breathaliser test. After a quick chat in her car she let me go without the test because she couldn't smell anything and I held my hands up in saying that I'm exhausted and that won't help. On one hand it's good tha...

So yeah, can confirm that definitely happened. No mights or maybes. I got mum to talk to my sister but she lied and said nothing had really happened. Am I overreacting? I'm furious and feel ready to puke. This guy is an old family friend and I know some people don't want to "cause a scene"...

Nah. Her and her sister are decent local MPs. Maybe she's not good enough to be in power, but for constituency affairs then she's a good un. Precisely. She's been a good MP for us over the years and I'm not the only one who says that. It's why she get's in at a canter when Wallasey historically had...

The replacement bulbs I got in for my lamp aren't the same wattage and now it's like I'm sitting here in the dark (I hate overhead lights so I never use that)
I give it a week before I buy new ones. FFS.

Ours is a blind one. Names have been put into envelopes, mixed up and a team placed outside. They get opened only when a team is knocked out. I reckon I've got someone shit but not shit enough to be knocked out first (£5 wooden spoon prize)/ Update; I have either France or Portugal. :o :o 8) Monday...

Chatting to someone off eHarmony and she wanted to meet ASAP. She lives in a village in the arse end of nowhere, well away from my arseend of nowhere town. I mentioned that its payday next week and I'm a little on the skint side but I'll try for a taxi anyway (I've been drinking already so not prepa...

You do matter. I know you can't see it right now but that's the depression affecting your way of thinking. Trust me on that, I felt exactly the same. You matter a hell of a lot and down the line when you're feeling better mentally you'll see it - and you'll be glad you never let this black dog win. ...

Attempting to go speed dating tonight but I'm really exhausted. I've also made the mistake of getting out my work uniform to have my tea and putting my dressing gown on. I'm now comfy and exhausted.
