i've been using fitocracy as a means of keeping motivated, i've lost 5kg since xmas as well as lost 2 inches around my waist and gained inches around my arms and chest. Nothing amazing but i haven't modified my diet or abstained

so which promotion is worst for rushing feuds and storylines. which promotion has squandered the best assets (wrestlers) it has had with crappy bookings?

TNA do seem to have sorted their shit this year. admittedly if they had been doing this quality of programming with the talent they have lost over the last year they would be worrying wwe, how long will it last?
