Made beer bread using weissbier. Turned out pretty well. Might try using stout at some point soon.

Now drinking "Beard Beer", which was brewed using a yeast culture found in Rogue Ales' head brewer's beard. It's pretty good.

Three ingredient beer bread (self raising flour, sugar, beer) turned out really well. It's amazing the result you get considering how little effort is involved - about ten minutes work plus an hour in the oven.
