The question is, though, what have you learned? Some of the facts presented on the show are, shall we say, not always entirely factual. I've spotted them making mistakes that on investigation turned out to be them just blindly going by whatever Wikipedia said.

Oh I agree. I've been screaming at the screen a few times when they've got something wrong.

One was about train tickets. They said that they abolished Second class in the 19th century and just had First and Third. Not so. They still had Second class until the 1950s for boat trains (as ships still had three classes). When ships stopped having third class then BR upgraded Third into Second.

Yeah the researchers can and do get things outright wrong, but lately thanks to Twitter mostly, they do correct themselves in later episodes.

I can hear my cousin's dog wandering around, upstairs. She stops occasionally . . Then walks around some more. She has been doing this for about three hours. I think I've figured out why.

She wants to lie down in the spare room. Said spare room, is where I keep my snakes. Every time she lies down, the Retic starts moving about, and pushing against the glass of her enclosure. It's freaking the dog out
