It's just occurred to me that, while fellow vocal right-wingers Ted Nugent and Donald Trump threw all their toys out of the pram on twitter following Obama's re-election, Dave Mustaine refrained from following their lead. Perhaps he's not as nuts as I thought.

It's not really non-alcoholic, but it's only 2,25% and so it won't have much of an effect I drink Kopparberg or Somersby pear cider. We usually have non-alcoholic beer at home though, and it tastes just like any other really.

I've never had non-alcoholic beer. I imagine the non-alcoholic versions of most supermarket lagers wouldn't taste any different but I can't fathom a non-alcoholic ale or stout at all. Guinness did a low-alcohol version for a while that was dubbed "Golf Club Guinness" because you could have a few pints and still be under the limit but it was rotten apparently.
