Reports coming in that Tom Petty has had life support removed following a heart attack. :( Saw him do a fantastic show at Hyde Park back in June.

Still not confirmed and none of the "respectable" outlets are reporting it. :?

There was no confusion that he had a heart attack and was unresponsive - just the time of death. BBC had reported it when I posted, then changed to 'confusion surrounds death of Tom Petty' after the police tweeted it prematurely and it was denied, then confirmed at 3am.

Yes Sean Hughes, aged 51. Very funny man. One of his jokes was about how God had totally fecked up his life even though he doesn't exist.....
