Damn, very young - I remember seeing him in a documentary about giant humans. Seems he died of heart failure; the giant guy who played Tiny in Rob Zombie's film died young of something similar, guess the heart's under massive pressure to service a body that huge.

Undoubtedly the most annoying character in all the Bond movies though, and massively dragged down both LALD and TMWTGG into stupid farces.
