That doesn't follow. We self published, but had to pay the up front printing costs (I did the typesetting and colour correction myself). But from your comment, I'm assuming you went down the print on demand route?

Yeah, print on demand. I've found the experience great so far. With the success I've had with this book, I'd imagine it might be easier to get a publisher next time round, but I'd be pretty loath to do that now unless the deal was particularly good. Self-publishing is a lot of work but with hard work you can get results!
