TIME: Thursday (7pm - probably 9-ish)
LOCATION: Outside Rock Society/Lost property tent

Yes it's that time again, folks! The day everyone arrives and greets each other for, what has been for many, the first time in a year or two! The tents are pitched, the booze in flow, the annual gathering of "that irritating, pesky forum lot"!

It's also traditional for me to forget all the arrangements from the previous year, so I need you to remind me of the usual time and place.

I intend to be there throughout the entire meet, apart from perhaps 20 minutes or sp of Deli Kate hot meal queueing, so I can go along wearing something distinctive in case anyone who knows nobody fancies coming along. Also as per tradition, I shall be taking some sort of strong alcoholic drink to share around. This year's offering will be a Speyside Single Malt whisky.

Finally: Forum Drunk Dodgems?

Yeah I'll be there, sloppier than a man should be in the early afternoon and making people think things like "Shit, is he gonna be okay?"

I'll (probably) be there. It'll be my first time getting to Bloodstock from Scotland, so I dunno how long it takes by coach. I think it was about 7 last year, but my memory isn't reliable.

not that i've ever made it to the forum meet up, but i think it has for the last couple of years been outside the rocksoc tent half hour before the first band on the SL stage on the thursday night

Unlike Noodle, I have a memory (likley why I always confusine him by quoting him things he's forgotten saying).

Most years, it's around the 1900 mark, in front of the rock soc tent.

The exact time is typically starting 15 minutes before the band in the Sophie tent ends, ending 15 minutes after the next band in the Sopie tent starts. Officially anyway, people often start gathering earlier and keep hanging out through the evening.

7pm outside of the Rocksoc sounds familiar. I've missed the last couple of ones, but I might actually drag my arse out of my camping chair to make it to this one.

I'm aiming to bring allong (subject to logistics) a batch of my home-made spice biscuits, and perhaps some of my caramel crispie treats (using home-made caramel).

Depending on timing, I may have to abscond for the Sumer set...

I expect to camp irc but as for the meet itself I intend to work during the day so if I get sent Newcastle like I have the last couple of Thursdays I will miss the forum meet up.

Don't go anywhere without my number bruv. Beware I will likely get a PAYG sim and so ill be on a different number than the one you might have. Either way ill find you. I will ask work not to send me properly far. A Bristol/Warrington/Wallasey job will do me splendid but no promises. If its Newcastle or no job for me ill just have to go to fucking Toon.
