Suprised how east it is so far, I'm only level 2 and I've already killed half a dozen bandits. Long gone are they days of Morrowind and getting your arse handed to you by Rats and Mudcrabs at low levels.

I found a really hard dungeon in the middle of nowhere actually, full of these things called...I forget, began with an F, looked like Golems. Absolute CUNTS. Generally it's quite nice to you, but there are some tough challenges out there.

Also witches. Fuck witches.

The character building isn't actually that in depth this time, so yes. I am a Breton.

Yeah, I was surprised by that. It's more like "pick a preset, then change his (or her) hair colour".

Tbh, Oblivion's 'alter every minute' detail approach never failed to make your character look as retarded as possible. Not that that in itself wasn't easy considering the character models, but even if you had one slider that was out minutely, you were on a one way trip on the Derp Express.

Had skyrim for about 4 hours and I'm loving it already. I'm sticking to what I know from Oblivion and went a Breton. I just wish I'd had more time to play it before my brother got homeand wanted a shot

Destruction is good and all, but it does seem that sometimes a clobber with a sword works better. Which is why I intend to have a decent one-handed skill.

i use a one handed sword and a fire spell. works for me.

killed 5 dragon but havent been to the graybeards yet. also, i have played it for 16 hours. i think tonight i shall sleep.

Also just found out you can ignite that red oily stuff that's the floor in some parts of dungeons with said fire spell

I just had my first encounter with a giant.

Holy fuck, they knocked me into orbit with one swipe. No joke. I hadn't even finished my ascent before the autoload kicked in.

Other than the intro I haven't come across another Dragon yet, do they not appear until after a certain quest or something?
