Re: Last Gig/Next Gig Thread

Last gig - Hard Rock Hell at Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth (no comment on the on-site accommodation as we stayed off-site at a local BnB) Dear oh dear. I know the change of venue was forced on them without a large amount of notice but fuck me what an absolute shit-show this turned out to ...

Re: Next Announcement

Apparently Cattle Decapitation self confirmed that they'll be playing next year during their recent Manchester date. Will be excellent news if it turns out to be true! :D

Re: Next Announcement

Behemoth and Priest, just as expected! :) Pretty happy with that tbh! I only caught the last couple of Behemoth songs when they subbed in 2016 so pretty excited to see a full headline set from them next year and I'm more familiar with their stuff now. Can't argue with seeing Priest again and hopeful...

Asks where any derogatory comments were made then refers to someone who clearly identifies as female as "her/him/it/they"... *facepalm* My use to "her/him/it/they" was to illustrate the point that I don't care what gender the singer is/was/or how they refer to themselves, my opi...

Re: Next Announcement

Sadly I knew it wouldn't take long for the derogatory remarks to start rolling in regarding Life of Agony. Big up to SlayerSlays for calling out the bullshit. I really don't think the "PC snowflake" argument even comes into play when it comes to showing basic respect for ...

Re: Last Gig/Next Gig Thread

Last gig was The Cult at Rock City on Tuesday night. Brilliant night and finally ticked one of my all-time favourite bands off the bucket list! :D

Next is Ghost next month in Nottingham again. :)

Re: Next Announcement

I'm still going with Behemoth and Priest as headliners given that most of Slipknot's dates with Behemoth seemed to have sold out already. The postponement of the Ozzy/Priest tour may also mean that Priest can bring the announcement forward seems as it won't affect ticket sales for now. Both would be...

Re: Last Gig/Next Gig Thread

Last was Gary Numan and Kanga in Norwich last night. Brilliant gig! Gary played a really diverse set of old and new stuff with some deep cuts thrown in. It was my first time seeing him and songs like M.E and Metal sounded well heavy live! Said he should be returning to tour again next year so I'll d...
