Re: How BOA is changing through the years

Why do such a diagram? Must obviously have a job in local government `analytical data processing and audit administrator` or something. I dont think BOA has changed over the years my real worry is how it is going to change from now given the headliners that either didnt make the Wishlist or were sho...

Re: Sunday Special Guest

Think the Dolan years 89-93 a deserving of a re-appraisal, the band couldnt sell out a matchbox by then but theres some good material

At least Chronos is trying to put out in newer releases something like the original feeling and sound of the first couple of albums

Re: Sunday Special Guest

Pretty much you can say the same for the Sex Pistols and at least half the punk movement, God save the Queen is hardly Toccata and Fugue when it comes to songwriting Venom were pretty much knocked down the precking order by young faster and more talented bands. Regardless of those who`d only want to...

Re: Sunday Special Guest

Edguy ? (not that they really do it for me so on current form expect them) Exodus? (since Souza came back they may be perhaps expected to jump a few slots and BS know we love repeats ;) ) Personally if Venom were approached Chronos should snap Bloodstocks hand off as there is not a better place for ...

I`m taking it its not Cannibal Corpse Ok by powers of Elimination and `hope for` Ministry-No (cant see two industrial based artists playing after each other) W.A.S.P-Doubt it (Headlined last time they played) Bolt Thrower-Sadly no Immortal-Possible but again headlined last time Kreator or Arch Enemy...

Sophie headliner might swing it for a day ticket, sorry voting with my feet otherwise
Brownload lite really annoyed with way the festival apperas to be heading, no problems at all with Allagoch or Sabaton

Re: What does Bloodstock need?

Maybe i`m too old School but this is the UK, Not only did we give Zep, Purple, Priest, Sabs, UFO, Queen, Maiden, Heep etc etc to the world and every other argument from Dio`s `holy diver` being recorded here to Manowar forming at Newcastle City hall This is a Hard Rock/Heavy Metal country ! Re: Rumours

Venom have a new album out before BOA, certainly not headliners but 2nd or 3rd would be fun I dont care for all the calls of the original line up i`d happily watch Chronos Venom or M-pire of Evil even both Those who just say Welcome to hell or Black Metal were the only ones worth listening to certai...

Re: What does Bloodstock need?

What does BOA need? To stop trying to be Download/Sonisphere lite, seriously biggest thing ever! The beauty of BOA is that it tried succesfully to do something different, i`m very against the festival bringing in Kerrang/MH bands When you get a band announcement it needs to not be `oh no,not them ag...
