Re: What has made you happy today
Finally (after 2 years) got my inner right forearm tattoo finished off this afternoon.
Now I just need to figure out how to sleep without it sticking to the duvet!

Sitting keeping my father in law company while my mother in law goes out for 2 hours. My father in law has dementia and now has no concept of time so panics if left alone for more than 5 mins as he thinks it has been hours. I have known him since 1987 when I started dating his daughter (now my wife)...

Re: What has made you happy today
Just finished my last shift working in a call centre for an online retailer - no more working until 9pm and getting home at 10.25pm.
I start work with my local Council on Monday, back to normal working hours and getting public holidays off - happy days.

Re: What has made you happy today
After 3 years working in a call centre for an online retailer I just got offered a new job back in the public sector.
To cap it all I haven't handed in my notice yet and my current employer just offered out £2k each if we want to leave. That is Ramblin' Man Fair and BOA paid for!

That was some night, I never expected the SNP and the Tories to do quite as well.
It has been great watching Labour and the Lib Dems implode.

It is a total mess just now and sadly I don't think it will be a simple fix after the election results are known.

I see John Major's intervention in Scotland went down like a fart in an astronaut suit.
Lectures from a Conservative politician in Scotland is like pissing into a hurricane - a waste of time.
