Re: 2021 albums

...oh, and the new Thirion will probably be my first buy of the year. Therion? Well the new tracks they've put out have hardly been amazing, however nothing can be worse than their last album, 3 hours of utter tuneless boredom. The last record was poor, agreed. I didn’t even buy it. But I think the...

Re: So much for Iced Earth...

LOL! One weekend I don't log in and there's a 5 page thread on this. Looks like I've got some reading to do. But yeah, very shocking, disappointing, but I refuse to make me enjoy Iced Earth any less after buying all those CDs. I'll just have to block this out of my mind and remember that all human b...

Re: The Special Song Request Thread (and why)

I didn't mean this to be a Devin Townsend thread. LOL. Dear Mr Mercyful Fate, While I fully expect you to do loads of material off Melissa and Don't Break The Oath (front to back each of them would be great). But for one song, I ask that you do Time. This song will take me back to the early days of ...

Interesting how people concerned about Micro chips being put in them through vaccination because they don't want to be tracked have no problem using the internet or mobile phones.  Micro chips in vaccinations? People are actually thinking this? Yep, the world has gone fucking mad! :eyes:

The Special Song Request Thread (and why)

Don't know if anybody at Bloodstock or the bands read these threads but here's hoping. Mr. Devin Townsend, it would mean so much to me if you would play Juular. The first time I saw the video for this song, was shortly after my father had his stoke sending him into a mental decline to this day. The ...

Re: worst band on the lineup ?

Yeah, I have not been able to get into Skindred either. I like when metal goes totally weird sometimes but the novelty wears off fast if it isn't something really cool and good sounding like Sepultura's Roots album.

Yeah, I've been waiting very impatiently for a new Kreator ever since the new video came. I don't want to buy a split EP, I want a full length!

New? Abaddon went solo the first time decades ago.

But cool, thanks for letting us know about the new album!

Re: The Still drinking But in Isolation thread

A social drinker, a casual drinker, and an alcoholic walk into a bar. The bartender decides to do an experiment and puts a fly into each of their drinks. The social drinker walks up to the bartender, points at the fly, and asks for a new drink. The casual drinker quietly removes the fly and continu...

Re: Best Bands Who've Only Played Bloodstock Once

Even though I wasn't there, I want to add Kroh because I sadly missed that one but I saw them as an opening band in London back in 2015 and loved them! I heard they're back together so hopefully they'll play Bloodstock again and one that I'm at. I saw that Kroh set and loved it at the time, but the...

Re: Guess what date gigs will be back to normal (no social distancing)

Well, when we started guessing this, there was no vaccine. Now it's out there and plans are set to start administering it. Considering that we know how to stop spreading this thing (masks and social distance) and we have vaccines now, I think we can start looking forward to shows again. I say, if th...

US vacations? Oxford vacancie? Did you mean vaccines?
