Loved that KK`s band were doing someth...

Re: Next Announcement

Hobgoblin IPA is definitely a positive Whilst there is a differential in musical taste on here the grumbling is down to quite a few thoughts that the festival is moving away from it`s audience and more towards a smaller imitation of Download. The other being the quality of the booking this year I am...

Re: Next Announcement

Insomnium and Tribulation would be good I reckon but I still smell a Kerbdog somewhere  I honestly hope that someone from the organising team does look on here, some good stuff and opinions. Want to make the festival better? Put some chippings or something to soak the mud up near the toilets an...

Re: Bands Changing Musical Style

To be fair most bands tend to change their style, ACDC would be a major who have clung to their style thick and thin Famously saw many bands change both style and image circa 1991-93, suddenly hair metal band dropped the big hair, detuned the strings and grew goatees, certainly recall Metallica with...

Down In One

The hard working Nottingham quartet are one of the finest upcoming UK bands and would go down well on the Sophie stage

Re: Next Announcement

The long term strategy is interesting, if they indeed have one(?) Are they looking to add 5-10k on the gate in the next couple of years or remain as it is? If they are they will alienate a good amount if it goes "Download lite" or do they just intend spending more on the same thing but mor...
