Re: Next Announcement
I think that come August 2021 I'll be so desperate to chill out at Catton Park for a few days with friends, beer(s), and Yorkshire puddings, that I don't really mind who ends up headlining.

Re: Next Announcement
Has anyone else noticed that if you go to the main page with the 2020 lineup, and look at the 'previous lineups' dropdown, there is now a Bloodstock 2021 page up. Devin & Judas Priest headlining.

Re: Next Announcement
For me Sunday is looking excellent, a few bands I fancy on Friday, but Saturday has slim pickings for me at the moment, with the exception of Paradise Lost and Vio-lence. I'm trying to train myself to like Behemoth, but failing. Plenty of other things to do on Saturday though, particularly the previ...

Re: Next Announcement
The bands I enjoyed most last year were on the Sophie stage - Grand Magus, Bong Cauldron, Taake, Guardians of Tome, Boss Keloid, Witch Tripper etc. This year not looking quite so interesting at the moment, but you never know - there's still time. Looking forward to Night Flight Orchestra, Green Lung...

Re: Next Announcement
Who the hell are Bloodywood?? From Wikipedia: "Bloodywood is an Indian metal band from New Delhi, formed in 2016. They began as a parody band that uploaded metal covers of pop songs on YouTube, but later went on to write their own original material." Sounds like headline material to me :l...

Re: Next Announcement
So many good bands playing the festival circuit next year (e.g. Mercyful Fate, Avantasia 20th anniversary, Saxon, Testement etc etc ) that it will be interesting to see who is announced next.
None of those probably though.

Re: Next Announcement
After ‘bad medicine’ by Bon Jovi, the Tom Robinson band, and now the Down ‘N’ Outz, I think I will assume the rumours are correct, check back later for confirmation/ a surprise

Re: Next Announcement
Clutch just been announced for Into The Grave along with Devin, Paradise Lost and Gloryhammer. Could they be a headliner? Certainly big enough, but not sure quite the right genre Personally I’d love it, but understand it wouldn’t suit everyone No band is ever going to suit everyone .... Saw them at...

Re: Next Announcement
Whitesnake were pretty good at Download this year. I would reckon at least one of Amon Amarth, Mercyful Fate, Helloween, and Priest for headliners. What makes you think Judas Priest would play at Bloodstock twice in three years? Admittedly very unlikely, but they’re touring in 2020, it’s their 50th...
