VIP Tickets - Was the System Swamped by Bots?

I noted that when the tickets went live back in August that the tickets went 'unavailable' immediately they went on sale and stayed that way until a couple of hours later when they changed to 'sold out'. There must be many Bloodstock fans, some of them repeat offenders, who, like me, were disappoint...

Re: BLOODSTOCK’S HALLOWEEN TREATS

Can't say I'm not disappointed by Whitechapel and Deicide going into the Saturday RJD slots above UTA. They deserve better than fifth (so far).

Re: BLOODSTOCK 2024 ANNOUNCEMENT

Disappointed that VIP tickets were 'unavailable' from before 0900 16th August until the changed to 'SOLD OUT' at about 1030. Surely See can set up a queue system to avoid the stress and annoyance this causes. It can't be the first time. I'll just have to keep an eye out for resales. Particularly ann...

Re: Road access

The A513 was open from the easterly approach last year IIRC. If that's what you mean. Remember you'll be turning across the main flow but we're all gentlepeople so I'm sure you'll be let in after a suitable pause to watch you start to panic. If you mean the back lane from Coton in the Elms, it was o...

Re: DRI

Just to add that DRI are playing the Rebellion Festival in Blackpool the previous week so not totally impossible logistically.

Re: DRI

I'd love to see them play Bloodstock. Seeing this post had me digging into the 1980s vinyl for a refresher. Four of a Kind.

Re: BLOODSTOCK REVEAL TRIPTYKON PERFORMING CELTIC FROST - ANTHRAX CANCEL

Can't say I'm not disappointed that Anthrax have pulled out but I caught them on this year's tour so not exactly a personal disaster. However, the Triptykon Celtic Frost set sounds very interesting and a fiting tribute to the late Martin Ain. Had me searching through the record collection to get a b...

Unleash the Archers

After having to pull out due to COVID I'd love to see these Canadian Powermetal virtuosos hit the Catton stage.

OK, that was maybe a bit too acoustic for the masses but how about:

Re: BLOODSTOCK REVEALS NINE MORE BANDS FOR 2023!

Not sure I'd call Whitechapel deathcore from what I've heard of them so far except maybe the early stuff. Bit too much cleans for that these days but I find genres just leave me in a wtf state anyway. At least the cleans aren't K-pop-a-like garbage like so many 'metalcore' bands seem to poison my ea...

Re: MESHUGGAH AND HELLOWEEN CONFIRMED FOR BLOODSTOCK 2023

I remember Helloween from that '89 tour. Always a fun band, Looking forward to it. Not seen Meshuggah before but kinda hyped given their reputation. I'm not really into harsh vocals but where the underlying music is of high quality I can get on board and from what I've seen so far via YT, etc. it te...
