tried the yoga class at the leisure centre after work today and it was SHITE. Never had such an uninspired, bored instructor before. Barely audible instructions, badly lit room and loudly whirring fans. Had to squint my eyes to see what positions she was doing. Also did my back in trying to impress ...

managed to slice open my finger on the food processor blade whilst washing up, fucker won't stop bleeding. Hope it stops before I head off to the swimming pool in an hour, grrr.
