Re: What pissed you off today

I was unable to run in today's race because by the time that I got there they had already sold my number and chip to someone else. My reason not making it there on time, being given the wrong directions to the registration desk three different times.

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread

Good shout on that Fitocracy app, I've just taken a look at it and it looks pretty cool.

Re: What has made you happy today

Had a very successful Bake Sale earlier and managed to raise over £150 for the charity.

Plus there was some left over that we didn't sell which I may or may not have eaten myself.

Re: A free-for-all thread

My brain hurt trying to read all that and translate it into English.

Re: What pissed you off today

Spends 20 minutes preparing and cooking dinner.

Take 2 seconds to knock it off the hob, onto the floor.

My dinner now consists of baked beans and spaghetti with a topping of my tears.

Re: A free-for-all thread

Just got home after running my second marathon of the year, and it was so much harder than the last one.

I can honestly say it was the single most painful thing I've ever done, and I've waxed my gooch.

Re: TV: Current and Recent

Does anyone in here watch both Hannibal and Bates Motel and are able to recommend one over the other?

I intend to watch both, but at the moment only really have time to start watching one of them.

Re: What made you Lol Today?

When I woke up this morning I wouldn't have put being punched in the balls by a zombie at the top of my priorities, but oh well.

Re: movies

Glad to see you rated Lords of Salem reasonably highly Darkweasel, I got quite excited by the trailer but remained healthily sceptical.

Went to see the Evil Dead the other night as a birthday treat, it's the best anti-drugs campaign I think I've ever seen.
