Re: Biff Byford Solo Tour

Exactly £37.50 for tickets at Liverpool Arts Club complete madness.
Let's see if he really does reschedule and if he does whether he adjusts the ticket price.
I would have gone for £17.50.

Re: Damnation Festival 2020

To be fair four out of the nine bands isn't bad. You don't want to like everything otherwise there'd be too many clashes. Damnation always has a decent line up for me so I ain't worried, and it's normally good enough for me to navigate seeing bands non stop with no breaks. It's just the high up ban...

Re: Damnation Festival 2020

This looks awesome but Leeds is a non starter for me. :x I really want to see Devil Master so hopefully they'll add a London date whilst they're here. Leeds is fairly straight forward for me to get to from London, so Damnation's a regular fixtures for me, nice hotels around there too (city is a div...

Re: Korpiklaani UK Tour

£25 a ticket seems a bit pricey for them, glad I'm going to Hammerfest I gave up on Korpiklaani when they stopped playing most of the fun, jiggy songs and just started churning out the weird shamanic-chanting bollocks. Having said that, it's a sad fact that £25 isn't particularly pricey for any wel...

Clutch Residency at Ramblin Man

Clutch will play a very special three-day, three-set residency at next summer’s Ramblin’ Man Fair. Always a truly formidable act in the live arena, the Maryland rockers will kick off their Mote Park residency on Friday 17th July when they top the Main Stage bill. It’s their debut UK festival headlin...

Re: BOA 2018: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.

BAD - A deterioration in the overall lineup in my very humble opinion, but of course if they're selling more tickets than ever then they're doing something right. It's just it's turning into Download when it should be offering something distinct from it... Given the festival is about 1/5th the size...

Re: 2018 Clashfinder

This is part of the reason why I think I've decided this years Bloodstock will probably be my last. That and the complete shambles of getting into the festival has gradually made most of my mates drift away already. Looking at more of the smaller festivals and also foreign ones again. It's a shame b...

Re: Next announcement

All three special guest bands are awful in my opinion (I know people will differ) so I'll be hoping that when they release the schedule on the day before the festival starts there are bands to see in the Sophie tent whilst they are on. It started off with promise but I'll be honest there is a real p...

Re: Next announcement

Well just to buck the trend and show we all have different tastes. Emperor are the one band I have no interest at all in seeing. Happy with Priest as a headliner and whilst I'll watch the other two headliners not sure they are true headliners (chief supports). Can't claim Devildriver do much for me ...

Does anyone know if this means that Quiet Camping is going to be made bigger, its been getting harder to get space in Hel in recent years.

Don't think you'll get Fleshgod Apocalypse the Mammothfest flyers say one of only 2 UK shows in 2017 so assume Heavy Scotland is the other one.

Re: Next Announcement

Warlock are back in business and have reformed for two summer festival dates with more European and American gigs promised. The dates are to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of Warlock's fourth and last album 'Triumph And Agony', which contains classic cuts 'All We Are', 'I Rule The Ruins', 'Ea...
