Re: worst band on the lineup ?

Hatebreed or butcher babies, cannot stand either of them. Was a bit meh about seeing skindred last time but my missus dragged me along, as she likes them, and I actually had a good time so i'd be happy to see them again, maybe not so high up on the bill though. But hey, I expect there will be some j...

Re: Recommend an album from this years line up!

But is it worth listening to it as an introduction to the band if they are only going to play one song from it? Oh absolutely it is! I've got into plenty of bands on the strength of one album before, bands which I wouldn't have checked out otherwise, unless someone gave me a strong starting point t...

Thank you good sir! I really do think if this hadn't been one of the first of their albums I heard, I probably wouldn't be into them as much as I am

Keep the recommendations coming guys!

Recommend an album from this years line up!

Greetings all, getting close to that time of year again and I cant believe this thread hasnt already been made. In here we recommend an album from one of the bands playing, to give those who might not have heard too much a chance to get into them before the festival. Got into a lot of bands this way...

Re: Obligatory weather topic

Bloodstock can get yukky if it rains and has turned into Mudstock a couple of times in the last 10 years I've been going It was really bad in '10 when I rained solid all thursday and turned the midgard entrance into a swamp all weekend. But other wise it's not been bad. As for the weather... trying...

Re: BOA 2020?

Turisas I'd love to see them again but are they still going? Seems like they haven't toured the UK in ages and god knows when they last released an album, and even that was a bit meh? Some quality suggestions in this thread! Would love to see behemoth now i've gotten into them, and i've always got ...

Re: LIST TIME! Definitely / Likely / Maybe / Avoid.

I'm really struggling this year, usually i'll have a few bands I want to see and the rest of my group will have a few they want to see, so i'll end up picking up something new. Only 3 of us going this year out of the usual 10 and all are tastes are the same, im kinda seeing what appears often in the...

Re: It's 11pm...

Knock 50p off the price of a pint after midnight to keep us buying rather than disappearing back to the campsite for a few cans and a shitty Bluetooth speaker. Keep it simple. Entertain us. One of the best idea's i've seen in a while! The reason I don't bother with the sophie tent is because of the...

Don't care, won't be going next year :P though given how much people have been asking for priest, it would be nice if they got booked for those attending. Would have liked to have seen them myself.

Re: Next announcement

I think the success of The Osbournes as a TV show is an indictment of the soullessness of mankind. Now, I'm just a guitar player, but when I see a train wreck, I don't look at it and laugh — I try to save injured people. You're not supposed to wring entertainment out of tragedy. Ozzy is a nice man,...
