Re: Paradise Lost & Moonspell UK Tour
Dam, was hoping for a Moonspell headline tour. Not a huge fan of PL. Will decide nearer the time if it’s worth going to. If gigs are all back up and runn8ng before Xmas there are going to be tours galore in the spring hopefully Likewise, PL I can take or leave, will seem them at a fest, but would g...

Re: The Still drinking But in Isolation thread
Chicken? Woo hoo, KFC, Swiss Chalet, and Popeyes here I come! But seriously, thanks for the advice. It looks hard but I'll try. That stuff would actually fit into the keto diet, just make sure it's just chicken and with no bread! Hence when I was keto, fried chicken wings were one of my favourite t...

Re: Oh no!! its... HIM again!!
Gandalf still turns up now and again last time he threatened to initiate legal proceedings against other users. Whoa!! Yeah check out the So Much For Iced Earth thread in the Metal Discussion forum to see the demented old prick hilariously throwing his toys out the pram. Anyway, I remember you! Yea...

Re: The Still drinking But in Isolation thread
i0th2 and north sea storm, what are your tips for losing weight. I've been working from home and probably will continue to do so after this pandemic so I get very little exercise as compared to when I went to the office and would take walking lunches. Besides a daily yoga challenge that I do very p...

A possibility for the London date if nothing else comes up then, wish Bossk would release something new, mind.

Re: Alestorm & Gloryhammer UK Tour 2021
Guess I should stay off the internet when I've been up all night drinking  Still think it's a bit our of order to click on a tour thread for bands you don't like and reply like that mind. Meh, with the Forum being as dead as it is, its unfortunately got to the situation we're any comments are...

Exactly my situation.
Gonna try to go to Southampton and get a hotel there.

Re: Helloween 2022
I didn't realise UDO had been announced as support previously, will def take HammerFall over them (him?) though. Does anyone know if this is still supposed to be a Pumpkins Reunited show? Well it's a rescheduled thing from the Pumpkins Reunited this year, so I would assume so. Ditto Hammerfall, far...

Re: Next Announcement
Still seems unlikely to go ahead.
Kretaor very good replacement for Mercyful Fate though. You could argue not big enough, but they're massively popular.

Re: The Still drinking But in Isolation thread
First (mild) hangover since NYE today. Uffffff. My body can tolerate alcohol so much less as I go through my 30s, I only had 6 cans of beer  Oh, it gets even worse with time. I'm pushing 50 now and if I stick to beer only I'm generally OK. I can just sleep it off. Start mixing it with red wine...

Re: Guess what date gigs will be back to normal (no social distancing)
The latest government announcement finally gave me some hope that outdoor events in some shape or form might happen during the summer. Light. Tunnels. Optimism. That's an absolute best case scenario though, I would be extremely surprised if it all goes to plan and everything's back to normal ...

Re: Guess what date gigs will be back to normal (no social distancing)
As Vicky said there will be a contingency plan if the fest can’t go ahead. I'm guessing it will be a one day fest with all english bands. Hopefully, this year will get pushed to 2022 and we keep MF. I think even the one day of British bands, or festival with 5000 people are massively unlikely, they...

Re: 2021 albums
That was interesting. I seem to like the new therion more than you do though. Really don't find anything interesting about the new Therion album, it seems they've forgotten how to put anything remotely memorable in their songs, it's just pompous symphonic farting around with no real songs. The only...
