Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread
Surgery went well, coming round from the general anaesthetic was the worst thing in the world. Fuck that shit. I've since eaten stuff that would usually have me doubled over unable to think through the pain and been absolutely fine. Immense relief. Only thing is I now seem to have caught a cold, or ...

Re: The Health 'n' Fitness Thread
On the health side, my surgery that was cancelled on the 6th is still on track to go ahead on the 31st. I'll be glad to get it over and done with, I can't live with the pain much longer. I'll cry if they cancel it again. On the fitness side, the recommendation is six weeks after abdominal surgery be...

Re: The "I watch it ironically" Bloodstock Eurovision Thread
Does anybody actually care that we never win? I don't think I've ever met someone who actually cares about Eurovision beyond having something else to talk about for a few days I am unironically a massive Eurovision fan. It fascinates me to a ridiculous degree and I even watch the selection shows of...

Holy shit this is an old thread.
I'm genuinely impressed with this year's selection. Nothing to trouble the big hitters, but just like last year, you can't say the UK didn't have a decent song. Well done, Beeb.

There was a golfer and a boxer among the nominees though.

Re: What made you Lol Today?
The more time people spend losing their shit over things that don't matter, the more time the government has to quietly do things that do matter, and people would lose their shit about, if only they weren't so busy losing their shit over people losing their shit over things that don't fucking matter...

Re: What pissed you off today
I don't know how a completely routine trip to hospital managed to take up 4.5 hours of my day, but through a combination of traffic, parking and delayed clinics, it did.

Re: Trivial Grumblings
My mum would make us sit in the house with all the lights off and the curtains closed and would go mad at us if we even touched the curtains to look outside while trick-or-treaters were about. She was completely frightened of Halloween. It was fucking weird. TG: I'm in the worst mood. Shitty day at ...

My cousin is getting rid of his dog because they can't look after it with three young children. Should have thought of that before having crotch spawn.

I hate post after post of contextless YouTube links. Just put the title of the film, or something.
