Favourite movie scene is the bit in Pacific Rim where the Asian lady walks out towards the Helicopter holding an umbrella. Not my favourite film by a country mile but it was enjoyable. Just that scene in particular was so perfect.

There was a double homicide literally across the road from me this morning (East Finchley shootings). Can see the police, forensics and news crews from my bedroom window.

I actually ahve the same problem. Really wanted to go to the 40 Watt sun album release show but will also be in the Netherlands - possibly Amsterdam - Haven't decided yet.

I've sat inside all day doing absolutely nothing - feel so unproductive and have been running on 2 hours sleep but can't get back to it no matter how hard I try - early night I guess.

Finally back in the gym this last week after a 3 month hiatus due to breaking my leg. It feels so good but oh my I am so out of shape (not that I was ever in good shape).

Yeah, was great fun. I've gone most years since 2007 (missed 2008/9). If I knew I might have bumped into you I probably would have made more of an effort to get to the meet. yeah man in regular rotation of clothes!

Is this a ban on backpacks in the arena or the entire festival? Arena - fine as I've never brought one in before anyway.
