The good: Have been to many festivals over many years, first time at Bloodstock, loved it. Loved the drop off point being right on site, the short walk to the arena and having the arena be the village and open on Thursday. Although the festival lacks a slight bit of atmosphere, love how chilled it ...

Good: - toilets in the arena - lack of queues to access the site - roaming rotisserie chicken and donut/coffee stalls. Great service from both and word obviously spread about the quality of the chicken as the queues increased steadily over the weekend. I told her she was in a special pitch, previous...

Beeb forecast has improved significantly since yesterday. Less rain, thunder and wind over the weekend. Still classed as breezy with showers but nowhere near as bad.

All tickets sold in 21 hours ! Managed to get early birds again and can't wait until more band announcements made, especially after Hansi Kursch's announcement during Demons and Wizards that he would see us next year !

Joint of brisket beef, shallots and whole baby carrots, usual stock, seasonings and a healthy glug of red wine. Pretty spectacular after a few hours.
