RedTeamWins wrote:Why have they done that?

Because Resident Evil and Gears of War are bigger franchises than Lost Planet, and it garner a few more sales.

I was under the impression that Dead Rising's Frank West would be in there somewhere as well, correct?

I wish I could get that experience. Fortunately, I had the killer's identity spoiled to me before I could even buy a PS3 for this game :(

Re: movies

Rewatched my DVD of Battle Royale. Hot dang that movie is awesome. Hells yeah it is! It's one of my favourite films. Have you seen the second one? It's hilariously bad. I attempted to forget it's existence. Not only did they expand on the one thing that sucked about the first film (as in, the plot)...

He constantly has flashbacks that have nothing to do whatsoever with whatever he's currently doing?
I think you may want to call a shrink.

Re: What pissed you off today

The amount of solos in Hangar 18.
More specifically, the amount of solos in Hangar 18 that are nigh impossible for mere mortals to pull off in Rock Band :(

Re: Computer Games Thread

I'm not really all that excited for it, but I've kept an eye on mister Wake since his announcement. I'll buy it somewhere in the first few weeks.

Is this the 400 Microsoft points/ $4,99 one that's coming out in a few weeks?

Haven't played Silent Hill, but how is it compared to Eternal Darkness? That game used to creep the shit out of me.

Re: Computer Games Thread

Anyone else played the Reach beta yet?
I'm not sure what to think. Perhaps I foolishly expected too much, but I'm not too wowed by it.
Ah well, maybe I just need to play it some more.
Or maybe I'll give up on it, yet end up buying it anyway when it releases

Re: Computer Games Thread

I'll attempt to play the beta, but I fear my 360 won't want to. For the last few days, I've been having this really weird issue where I can't play uninstalled games or install them. So I can only games already on my HDD (which, thankfully, includes a decent amount of games, but ODST's not one of the...

Re: Computer Games Thread

^ My main gripe with it is that an ODST is not supposed to be as powerful as Master Chief, and yet the only real difference between them is the lack of dual-wielding. And that ODST's can actually walk at an acceptable speed while carrying mounted machine guns around. Honestly, I'd rather be an ODST...
