Re: Computer Games Thread

Who did you choose? The commando was pretty poor to begin with but now i've got to level 31 and have 2 turrets he's almost as good as roland. Still prefer roland for his medic skill tree though, that made me unstoppable  i started with zero first, but he's not great in single player. I think a...

Re: What pissed you off today

Got a phone call from head office today at around 3pm, "Hello, just to let you know that it's been pushed forward a day, you'll need to be in Liverpool tomorrow for 4pm" - "Sorry, what? What's been pushed forward?" - "You're going offshore for a few weeks, haven't you been t...

Re: A free-for-all thread

Basically, all JT was proven to have done is repeat what AF had said, when he asked, "did you call me a *bleeping* black *bleep*?" by saying, "no, I didn't call you a *bleeping* black *bleep*". While this is not sufficient for a criminal conviction, the FA have ruled that JT did ...

And where do the drains go? Other drains, which drain into the rivers, which had burst their banks, which means... back-pressure. That water isn't going anywhere.

Re: A driving thread

Quick note to any one driving in the NE of England take extra care and time since there's been a few burst rivers. Lots of flooded out towns as well, road surfaces are slick so caution is advised. Getting to and from work today has been nightmarish. 25-miles each way to and from Consett, through th...

Re: A driving thread

Called the police early this morning because some utter cuntnugget had abandoned his van with no lights on in the middle of a 60-limit single-carriageway road, in the relative darkness and low visibility due to heavy rain, where the road was waterlogged. Dangerous as fuck. Edit: Also, on the way hom...

Re: Computer Games Thread

Amazon emailed me this morning to let me know that my copy of Borderlands 2 would be late. Early this afternoon they said I could expect it next Wednesday. Later this afternoon I walked into Tesco to see it on sale, for nearly £2 cheaper than I paid through Amazon, with all the pre-order bonus conte...

Tell them to get the fuck over themselves. Or slap them. Or excommunicate them. Better yet, all three.

Re: The Ale Thread.

I've only got a standard Hobgoblin one and the obligatory glasses from various beer festivals. I did have a special limited edition Hobgoblin one I got with a matching pint-mug and t-shirt, but one of my old housemates smashed it. :(

Mercans have Borderlands 2 already and have been providing me with spoilers. I hate them.
