Re: movies

Yeah-still got the first 3 on VHS-i love 'em.4 is shit though) If you were interested in getting the blu-ray set just be aware that Arrow h...

Re: The Relationships Thread
Guess I need to get this off my chest, probably leave myself open to attack somehow but whatever. So on Saturday after a heavy day of drinking we end up at our favourite club night and our mate's colleague (whom I've met before) turns up and from hazy recollection, after finding ourselves tongue wr...

Re: What's upset you?
You are probably going to tell me that I'm wrong but the fact that you've posted about your intentions on here means you want us to talk you out of it. And we are going to do our damn best to do that. No actually, it doesn't mean that. I would love to believe people when they say I matter or that I...

Re: What made you Lol Today?
^^^^^^^^^^^^ Really?.If they made a bit more effort to appease those fans who were there from the start instead of constantly belittling them and chasing whatever bands are flavour of the month instead of booking those similar to what made this fest originally so great-then we wouldn't be talking ab...

Re: A free-for-all thread
Is the wishlist way less active this year than in the past few years? Feels like it. I think the theory doing the rounds is that the organisers don't even look at it nowadays so it's a bit of a waste of time. That's the reason i started the "Dealbreakers" thread-just to try a different spi...

Re: A free-for-all thread
Part of the reason the forum is dying a bit is because we know that the organizers treat it with such disdain these days-it certainly effects the wishlist threads.
There is also the lack of a real shit-stirrer in the Andy Hall mould.Trolls (you know who you are) tend to get ignored so don't count.

I think I had the same conversation with Mat Xentrix at Bloodstock. Heh. I wondered if he'd catch up with you at some point over the weekend. I pointed out who you were to him, but he was off to see a band at the time. Yep-i caught up with him-see the "Find Of The Festival" thread.I...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
I'd rather play crap and get results than play beautiful flowing football and not. We had Sam Allardyce who ground out results, some fans got on his case (although shipping 7 to United didn't help) and so we got the footballing messiah himself Steve Kean with gems such as "We got into the box ...
