Re: Computer Games Thread

SHADOW of MORDOR I am not a big gamer these days. Too busy rennovating my house. I have an Xbox One for me and a Playstation 4 (for my daughter). Is Shadow of Mordor on both consoles? Do you need Xbox live (or PS4 version) to play online? Can you just play without xbox gold? Do you have to pay to su...

Re: TV: Current and Recent

Managed to watch all of Agents of SHIELD on channel 4 and this week is the final episode. It started off good, got a little boring but after it had a few week break it got exciting again. I like the fact it lives in the same universe as the Captain America filim where Fury has gone missing and SHIEL...

Santander adverts on the internet.

While checking e-mails and watching youtube clips this annoying advert keeps appearing. It has millionaire Jenson Button (also soon to be millionaire Jessica Ennis) in boxes smiling at you ... while I hear about the banking issues in Cyprus.

Horrible.

Re: movies

Kristen Stewart is a relatively good looking woman but her acting is wooden a boring. Not sure how she got so famous.

Moving on, Iron Man 3 is out in April. I love the way the movies are now in the Marvel universe but I am worried this movie is going to be a bit too dark. Leave darkness to Batman.

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

We need to win the group so we don't play Spain in the next round. Gerard, Terry and Milner have no pace so I can see why Roy didn't want to take Ferdinand. Just one more player with no pace.

Dungeons and Dragons the 80's cartoon. I still remembered the girl in those thigh high boots.
The stories held up quite well and it's not aged as badly as some old cartoons.

Re: TV: Current and Recent

Dr Who is very good but can be so PC it makes me sick. Concentrate on the story and stop trying to change the world. Amy Pond is so watchable it hurts. ;) Besides that I only like Pointless (great quiz show) For some strange reason I google'd Richard O'Sullivan as he was in an excellent late 70's TV...

Re: What pissed you off today

People that send friend requests to my band facebook page, I accept and they talk bollocks. They are not at all interested in metal or attending my gigs. One person kept sending RnB clips, with no sense of irony. I would be upset but understand they are doing it for a wind-up, but no. They are idiot...
