Re: The Relationships Thread
I've just sent off a huge message explaining my feelings for her. I got a friend to proof read her and made her start bawling her eyes out. I even needed help pressing send. I just hope she reads it. Well now that's gone tits up. Basically got told she meant nothing for the duration of the relation...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
It'll be amusing to see where they'll be without his goals. At least he can't score against my team anymore (although that is more our doing than Arsenal's... bloody Steve Kean
)

Certain people at home and work who I usually find annoying as it is becoming completely unbearable. Maybe it's because I've got a lot on my plate and it's taking its toll on me, but some people seem to be getting to me really easily at the moment.

I know what you mean... except I get a Blackburn chav accent instead. I think it amplifies the annoyance somewhat.

Brutal Legend has probably the most original story of any game out there imo. That and the soundtrack is epic ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Where I work i'm allowed to have music on outside of class hours when I'm marking and suchlike, but during class hours it's a strictly music free zone, even if there's no one in at the time and I'm just filling out meaningless paperwork... which is a tad dull.

Re: The Relationships Thread
I never really caught onto the whole txt spk thingy, so it's more effort for me to think of the translation. I'm the same! Text speak irritates me, as do a lot of these abbreviations, some of which seem incredibly needless to me. It's also part of the reson why half of the country doesn't seem to b...

For some reason I quite like Torres and am a bit sympathetic towards him more than some others. I have no idea why though ![Laughing :lol:](./images/smilies/lol.gif)

Finally got around to ordering some new chains after mine broke last month ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Re: The Relationships Thread
Personally I don't see the point in spending lots of money on a wedding, it makes more sense to me to save the money for somewhere to live or something like that. Not that I'm against marriage, it just doesn't make sense to get married until you can afford it, and you are in a good place both social...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
I find it amusing that Torres has won The Champion's League, FA Cup and Euro trophy without doing a lot. I think I'm right in saying he's the first player to score in 2 Euro finals too. Yeah he is. To be fair for all 3 trophies Torres has been a passenger i wouldn't really say he won them although ...

Did Torres get the golden boot? I know he was joint top scorer but I don't know who had more assists.
