Re: A free-for-all thread

I visited Liverpool once to see a girl. (Yes it was pretty much all for the sex). I was expecting it to be an absolute warzone, but it actually seemed like a pretty nice place to be. Plus I got to spend a weekend with a decent enough, down to earth (ish) woman. So my memories are good from the shor...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

The last time we played Millwall the away fans got continuously bricked and there had to be police escorts everywhere. We had police escorts for the Bournemouth away game, which seemed a bit pointless. There was zero trouble between fans as there's always been mutual respect between Yeovil and B'mu...

Re: A free-for-all thread

When somebody by mine got shot in the legs they walked a couple of miles to the local police station. When the hell do you live? Liberty City? Suburban Liverpool. It's normally safe as anything by mine, but every now and again there will be a drug gang war with loads of shootings. Usually jus...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

I still think it may a bit of a push for you to get out of trouble. Oh, I'm under no illusions, we're basically already relegated. But at least we're keeping it entertaining down there, and at least we won't go down without a fight . Which is good, as around christmas time I thought we were going t...

Re: What made you Lol Today?

The way Sonisphere are doing this new announcement thing, by asking people to guess the artists and confirming them if they're true.

It's certainly a novel way of doing things.

If I was shot in the shoulder at point blank range, I think I'd probably stay on the floor, certainly not get up and go off galavanting some more.

Pulling Doncaster right back into trouble :D

Yeah, but it was a bit of a struggle. It's the same old story for Yeovil- lots of graft but not much to show for it. A win's a win though! :)

I watched the third Transformers movie last night, and I actually didn't hate it. I love a bit of Megan Fox but Rosie Huntington whatsherface isn't too bad to look at!

Re: What has made you happy today

achieved the god tier 16th place in fantasy football. the dream is alive. may even make it up to mid table by the end of the season. After my fucking horriffic start, getting top 3 again this year has no chance, but I'd be very happy with top 5/6 and content with top 10. I blame Gareth Bale for fuc...

Re: A free-for-all thread

The Three Musketeers on BBC is a bit ridiculous. A woman got full blown shot in the chest, at near enough point blank range, and was absolutely fine apart from a slight limp and a croaky throat. :|

Re: A free-for-all thread

They've put the audio horror that is Heart back on the radio at work which not only plays twice as many Christmas songs as Radio 1 but also has irritating Christmas adverts every 5 seconds. And Bruno Mars. I FUCKING HATE BRUNO MARS. Don't Heart play the same five songs on a loop all day? Only pausi...
