Re: What has made you happy today

My cat was at the vet's today for his annual check up and injections. Our regular vet was on holiday ... so the locum saw him and pronounced him in 'marvellous condition', especially for his age, and NOT overweight as I had feared but 'just right'! ! He's an senior boy of around 11 we got as a rescu...

Re: Women Discussions. For Women Things.

So much cheaper to buy kid's stuff though. My daughter is as tall as me at 13 (5'7") ... and I have to buy her adult stuff even though she's a size 6. Mega expensive!

Not if that's what you like. I only buy stuff in a few shops too ... Next, Gap and M & S. That sounds really boring but it does for me. :)

Re: What pissed you off today

Will do. Couldn't the admin just ban all IPs from China? It's not like anyone from there is coming to BOA. I don't think he can. EDIT: Beardy is here. You can't see him ... but he's dealing with the bot! ;) Just got home from work a little while ago and I'm doing the best I can but I can't actually...

This. Proof that captchas are fucking worthless.

I am currently chasing him round the board reporting him so Lee can zap him when he gets up. If you see a bot post, report it ... it makes it easier for the mods to delete them all when they are online.

It gets better with time. Lee and I have had a long distance relationship for over 5 years now and I am quite used to it. We can be apart for 4 - 5 weeks sometimes depending on his work commitments - but it's always great to see him when he returns! :)

Re: The Relationships Thread

Thanks. :) Think I should stay single for the rest of my life. Aaaaalways pick the wrong guys. And it doesn't really help that everyone says it's my choice, right after they tell me I should stay away from him. Or him coming on to me all the time yesterday. :| Don't let him have his cake and eat it...

But hopefully they are gone now. I don't need that kind of stress on a Sunday. They were quite lucky Beardy or Lee weren't around, I'm thinking.

Re: What pissed you off today

Eh, what are you gonna do Lisa? Some people will always take that forceful attitude to promoting themselves and whine when they don't get anywhere. I mean, whatever happened to buying a promoter a beer and having a good ol' chinwag!? Yep ... true enough. I just can't belive the rudeness tbh. ...

Re: The Relationships Thread

It depends where you are in your life as to how much you will tolerate in the way of selfish behaviour. It depends how you feel about yourself and the level of confidence you have in yourself IMHO. The guy I was seeing before Lee was incredibly selfish and for a long time I just used to let him beha...
