Over a year old but I have to applaud this clip for it's sheer intensity.

Re: The Wrestling Thread
Gordon Solie and Gorilla Monsoon are spinning in their graves. If they get any worse they're going to give Jim Ross another stroke. Could you imagine how bad it would be if they re-hired Taz?? It's hilarious as well when you consider they fired Kevin Kelly years ago and he's now probably the best p...

Re: The Wrestling Thread
I almost forgot. I know Taker's 48 and has had a multitude of injuries but fuck me, he could have at least spent some time hitting the gym during his annual leave. I don't doubt he will probably still put in a strong match. End mini-rant.

Re: The Wrestling Thread
Just finished watching RAW and It was reasonably enjoyable. Hilarious watching Hogan struggle to make through a promo without fucking up his lines (Spoilers, he fucked up). I loved when he announced that the WWE were making history because they were launching the WWE universe (Obviously meant to say...

Re: TV: Current and Recent
Very late to the party but I've just started Community after years of my brother hounding me to watch it. I am officially an idiot for waiting this long.

Re: The Wrestling Thread
As for "Boo-tista"? He wrestled a Sunday Night Heat quality match, barely landed any offence and still got blown up after a few minutes. And this is our Wrestlemania headliner challenger? Unless they rectify this I reckon there's going to be 50,000 people heading for the doors before the ...

Re: What has made you happy today
Sounds like a literal eargasm. I am now slightly disappointed that the blockage has cleared. I will admit that initially, the thought of the procedure didn't conjure up pleasant images but what was freaking me out more was that I had an almost very damaging middle ear infection as a child and every ...

Re: What has made you happy today
My right ear has been completely blocked for the best part of a week. Thought I was going to have to get my ear syringed but after almost a week of garlic cloves and poultices it finally popped earlier today and my hearing has returned to normal.
Very boring story but it made me very fucking happy.

Re: TV: Current and Recent
I am now up to date with Brooklyn Nine-Nine and it actually had me in stitches during quite a few episodes. It's just dumb as fuck. It does rely on a lot of the same gags and comedic motifs for the characters but it isn't too detrimental as the episodes are only 20 minutes long.

Re: TV: Current and Recent
I'm enjoying Brooklyn Nine-Nine at the moment. Kind of reminiscent of Scrubs if it was set in the NYPD. Episodes are short and sweet so it makes for fine short sharp bursts of entertainment.
