Re: Last Gig/Next Gig Thread

Last - Cavaleras in Newcastle on Saturday, too young to have seen classic Sepultura back in the day so seeing Max and Igor blasting out the classics is probably about as close as I'll ever get. Great night

Next - No idea, Warhorns Winter Fest possibly.

Re: Next Announcement

As far as I could tell they sold a lot less weekend tickets than normal this year judging from the fact the camp sites was far less cramped than normal with Ironwood being half empty. Recon they had locked in Priest a fair while ago and are now suffering with the budget due to lack of sales this ye...

Re: Next Announcement

Wow, garbage, repeat bookings I wasn't interested in the first time and bands I've never heard of and wish I still hadn't. If Bloodywood are headlining then I dread to think what the rest of the Friday Sophie stage is going to look like. Guess this is what happens when you spunk all of your budget o...

Re: Machine Head - Burn My Eyes 25th Anniversary Shows

They didn’t miss a song? They did, they skipped real lies. Went straight from I'm Your God Now to the medley then Block. Real Lies was the intro tape to the Burn My Eyes set. They have never played it live as such. Didn’t on the original Burn My Eyes tour and didn’t play it when they did Burn My Ey...

Re: Machine Head - Burn My Eyes 25th Anniversary Shows

Was at Manchester tonight, enjoyed hearing almost all of Burn My Eyes with almost all the original line up. Did Flynn really think people wouldn't notice if they skipped a track on what was supposed to be a full album set and play a slayer/Metallica medley instead? Knobhead. They didn’t miss a song...

Re: Next Announcement

I know on the last Judas Priest US tour they brought back many songs that they hadnt played for a number of years, looked great TBH OK, I`m at least hoping one Bloodstock related organizer looks at this forum now and again(!) To make their appearance "Something unique" at Bloodstock and 5...

Re: Next Announcement

I think Bloodstock made a mistake booking them for last year and should have saved their first appearance at the festival for this year knowing it was coming Absolutely this, happy they're back but having played so recently takes the edge off it. Also I wish they were headlining over a better lineu...

Re: Next Announcement

Garbage announcement, seems to be pleasing the Facebook crowd though.

Still only Gloryhammer and Dark Tranquility that interest me.

And that racist shitbag can get to fuck with his glorified Pantera tribute act.

Re: Saxon 2019 dates re-scheduled

I'm in Manchester on the 19th for Gloryhammer and was tempted to stay another night for Saxon, glad I never got around to booking it. Get well soon Biff.
