More likely to clash with Saxon which is just as bad.

Re: Next Announcement

Decent announcement to get people to buy early bird tickets. Then I expect nothing else of interest to get added. Still sitting on the fence about whether not to bother for the first time.

Needs some German Thrash.

Re: HRH metal 4

No you just get a few emails or texts. Never had a phone call off them and I've certainly not had any contact from third parties. Not seen any deals on the Goth one though apart from one in September when it was announced. However it's coming up to Christmas so sign up and keep your eyes peeled as a...

Re: The UK political thread (formerly independence thread)

It's time to get rid of the multi-millionaire, public school educated, racist, serial womanizer who has never done a days work in his life.

Bye Corbyn. The revolver is in the draw....

Re: Next Announcement

Why not ask this forum or even the awful FB page for 2-3 Priest songs that they would Petition for Turbo IN FULL So they are going to play an album that totally tanked in the UK, where they lost vast amounts of their UK fanbase, for which they boycotted the UK on the tour and refused to play here f...

Re: Next Announcement

Worth pointing out to those that weren't around that European bands didn't tend to play the UK unless they were established or got a decent support slot. It wasn't a case of jumping on Easyjet or going through the Channel Tunnel. Mercyful Fate were meant to support Manowar in 1984 but pulled out and...

Re: Next Announcement

No such thing as subheadliner (in this context).

The second band down are Special Guests. I don't know where this idea that third place band are anything special has come from...

Re: Next Announcement

That virtually confirms that the rest of the line up is going to be full of filler nobody wanted as they've spaffed all the budget on one big name headliner again.

Re: Iron Maiden 2020

THEY ACTUALLY HAVE SOME DECENT SUPPORT! :o Where are the decent support apart from Lord of the Lost? All I see is Airbourne, Alter Bridge, Disturbed and Within Temptation :P Correct. The biggest pile of Kerrang friendly shite known to man. Airbourne are alright, but they are still just a pub rock b...

That's awful for clashes. :(

Thankfully Skyclad clash with Fen so I won't have to see fake Skyclad murdering the songs again.

Re: HRH Vikings II - 30th Nov & 1st Dec 2019 - Sheffield

Lack of Viking bands? Is that why Warhorns has been going for eight years with far better line ups than this?

The bands are out there. Just that the vast majority of potential punters don't know any bands so they have to book bands they have heard of.

Re: Next Announcement

I see they are continuing the trend of booking shite bands from the '90s that nobody cared for even then. Hell, I even remember them when they had a bloke singing for them..... Good announcements for me- and your crack about Mina is uncalled for and NOT funny I remember when they had the tough guy ...
