Re: BOA 2019: Rate the bands

Footprints In The Custard 7/10 - Not quite as much dicking around as the previous times I've seen them, but funny as hell and possibly the best crowd singalong of the weekend with 'Don't be a cunt' Rotting Christ - 8/10 - A bit ropey for the first couple of songs, but otherwise a cracking way of sta...

Re: Next Announcement

The bass player from the Wildhearts started playing again quite soon after having his leg amputated - started just doing encores, then just the main set and now does the whole set standing with a prosthesis. Think I recall him finishing a set after dislocating his knee on stage at Reading. He sure ...

Re: Recommend an album from this years line up!

Wildhearts - Earth Vs The Wildhearts. Ginger Wildheart is the greatest living British songwriter and this album shows him at his eloquent best Footprints In The Custard - Every Hole Is a Goal. An absolutely disgusting album which no human with a shred of decency within their soul should listen to. I...

Re: Recommend an album from this years line up!

In here we recommend an album from one of the bands playing, to give those who might not have heard too much a chance to get into them before the festival. Got into a lot of bands this wa...

Re: Clashfinder

I'll try to get the clashfinder updated on Monday. Hopefully it's not too inaccurate, but someone on the app who sounds like he's clued up said it was incorrect and 'quite badly out' in places so we'll see! You've done the best possible job with the information available and I'm sure we all appreci...

Re: Clashfinder

There will be a few minor tweaks, but based on the existing clashfinder, I've got a few decisions to make: Friday - Death Angel v Midnight Prophecy Saturday - Guardians of Time v Evil Scarecrow, The Wildhearts v Helheim, Cradle of Filth v 3 Headed Snake, Anthrax v Masters Call. Sunday - Ross The Bos...

Re: PARKWAY DRIVE - CONFIRMED AS BLOODSTOCK 2019 SATURDAY NIGHT HEADLINER

Just been analyzing the line up- listening to the PD video on the BOA site here- listened to other tracks on Youtube- how are they the headliner, the vocals are weak? The sophie stage is looking great .... Possibly something to do with them being big enough to play Wembley arena, shift a shed load ...
