Re: Iced Earth
Yeah vocals were well under in the mix, and Mr Schaffer suggested we move to where we could hear better. I believe the in house sound guy even offered his help at the desk but was told to go away. Quite a few people left as it was so poor to listen too. I stuck it out for half the set before my Mrs...

Re: Iced Earth
Big yes from me!
Re: Evergrey
Good shout, moody but melodic - cracking band
Threshold
They're veterans of the prog metal world now, and accessible enough with their really melodic songs to appeal to those who don't usually enjoy prog. With a new album out later this year, and the return of former singer Glynn Morgan, I would imagine they would like to get out and play some festivals....
Re: Powerwolf
Yes please! They were great fun with Epica earlier in the year

Re: Hammerfall
Would definitely be up for HammerFall, last saw them supporting Saxon 5 or 6 years ago so I'm overdue a HammerFall gig

Queensrÿche
Now that Queensrÿche have really embraced the metal side of their sound again over the past couple of years, it would be great to have them at the festival. They'd probably be a great 'middle of the day' Main Stage band and would appeal to those who would like to see more melodic metal back at BOA. ...

Uriah Heep
One of the originators of hard rock/metal, and still absolutely fantastic live. Bloodstock seems to have a couple of 'old boy' bands per year, and I think these would go down a storm. They arguably rock harder now than they did in the 70s.

Iced Earth
I know it wasn't that many years ago that they last played BOA, I think they will probably have a new album out by then and the current line-up is their best live unit in years. Let's get them back!

Re: Tribulation
Saw them supporting Paradise Lost last year. They're not really my thing, but they put on a cracking show and I reckon would go down a storm at BOA
Re: Sylosis
Absolutely amazing live band, and would be perfect for BOA.
Re: Threshold
Yes, I would love Threshold to play. Saw them in Islington in January and the show was wonderful, with the new album played in full.
