Re: Next Announcement

Interesting the way they are trying to sell this, as an "exclusive to weekend ticket holders" with its own poster and everything. They've never done that before. I get the feeling ticket sales are way down on what they expect, which really wouldn't shock me with this line up. Like Gandalf...

Re: worst band on the lineup ?

Objectively - Hatebreed - just dreadful, dreadful nonsense.

Subjectively - a joint win between Bury Tomorrow, Jinger, Butcher Babies, Hatebreed (add to the list if I've missed any of the other awful generic kerrangcore rubbish)

Re: Next Announcement

Well Sunday is still decent in a seen it all before sort of way, but there's barely a band on the other two days that i would watch in the pub next door. Shocking Decent? The first 5 bands on the main stage are dogshit, and fucking Hatebreed are headlining the Sophie tent. Decent? Yeah, it's defini...

Re: Next Announcement

Hatebreed, Bury Tomorrow, Sylosis.

Makes sense; the comments & discussions across social media last year were definitely full of complaints at the dearth of screamocore. Definitely remember that.

Play-for-free joke band ? or are they bigger than that ?

Re: Next Announcement

Can't see any tours finishing around that time so I'm guessing we'll get a few smaller bands announced for the Sophie stage. Would love to see Code Orange make it this year (much to this forums disgust ) as its looking likely they'll have new music out by then. Last time they booked Code Orang...

Re: Next Announcement

As if to underline how dead this board is, since by post above, there has been ONE other post, in a generic gig tickets thread on the Metal Discussion board, that's one post in 16 hours. They should just rid of this crappy board now rather than leaving in to plod along endlessly like some surreal a...

The facebook groups are dead, too, regarding the festival - just chatting about general stuff.

Re: Next Announcement

Certainly and I have said it before, as a 20th year anniversary it dosent look the strongest bill in the World given the arguments against the headliners. On a purely personal level I would have given the anniversary a more universally known headliner each night and thought of Devin/Behemoth next y...
