Re: Next Announcement
Oh not the Facebook page!
" Why haven't Metallica been announced ?" and other gems of wisdom
I`d love to BOA to falsely announce announce the Spice Girls as Sunday headliners just to see all the people who have absolutely no intention of ever going to a BOA tag a load of mates

Here is the setlist https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/scorpions/2019/catton-hall-park-walton-upon-trent-england-b9f8966.html To be honest it`s not a bad setlist and some big songs in there (2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th songs are classics!), perhaps no "No-one like you" in there or overdoing the med...

Re: Dear Joey DeMaio
Absolutely!
Superb set, very happy looking band all enjoying themselves
Very gracious to let KK Downing join them and he himself looked well and throwing some classic shapes, have to say they sounded awesome throwing out those Priest classics

Re: Dimmu Borgir cancel
Yeah I`m sure Evile or Evil Scarecrow leave their phones near just for those lower bill cancellations If you have the chance of a SG slot at Bloodstock in front of a packed crowd of Metalheads which could massively raise your band profile in this Country or to stay at home wanking, what would you do...

Re: Dimmu Borgir cancel
Nope still could have got Saxon
Or Even Blaze Bayley(!)
I quite enjoy this version of Queensryche but losing a SG and bumping another up isn't very good
Sure it`s two days before but a better contingency plan next time?

Re: First Timers Coming For The Day
Personally not what I want to see at all if ever, but the appeal of the Festival is vast and I respect that some people might enjoy this or at least give it a fair listen to decide Really cannot tell if they`ll play to a massive or empty field, been a lot of talk on here about the quality on Saturda...

Re: Recommend an album from this years line up!
Guess the debut "Metal Church" is what most people would plump for but I prefer Mike Howe and thus 1991`s "The Human Factor" comes recommended Cradle of Filth are apparently(!) remastering "Cruelty and the beast" , its getting heavy rotation in their current setlist and...

Re: First Timer Questions
We all have a pop at the line up and such but really cannot fault the beer or the service
Certainly none of these half hour queues or salty beer
Pretty damn well kept ale from what I remember
