Re: What pissed you off today

My housemates decided it was a good idea to bring fucking loads of people back to ours after a night out when they knew I was in bed and play ridiculously loud music until 9 FUCKING AM. Infact i'm not even sure a few of them even went to bed as there was still banging and music when I had drifted in...

Re: What has made you happy today

Thanks guys! I really appreciate the words and ill be sure to keep those who are interested up to date. Got my last shift on Saturday 13th and it's starting to become pretty real and emotional! Mostly for the good. I've done enough hours to have me about £2,000 to last. No idea what support or whate...

Re: What has made you happy today

that sounds genuinely brilliant! I guess if you're used to a certain environment, anything can seem a bit dull though. I just have this consant desire to be creative, and I have absolutely no time whatsoever anymore to even do simple things like drawing. I can slowly feel my spirit withering a...

Re: What has made you happy today

I get that it might not be exactly what I expect, but I feel like it has to be an improvement in terms of satisfaction and comfort. What is it that you do can I ask? at current I wake up at 8am to get into work at 10am and often don't arrive home till after midnight, usually without breaks and obvio...

Re: What has made you happy today

So after 3 years of kitchen work, starting with zero experience, working my way up to team leader and then being offered my own pub as a KM, I finally decided to go with my gut feeling and just hand in my notice. I can do the job perfectly well, and actually do several roles within my designated rol...

Re: Trivial Grumblings

Have to wait until 9 for the bus, won't be home until 10. Fucking bollocks. I know dem feels. I work 2 minutes from the train station yet I have to wait 40 minutes for my train home which makes my evening commute 2 hours! On the subject of trains home, the seat I sat in on the way back tonight WAS ...

Re: Trivial Grumblings

For the past year or so its became increasingly common for me to just feel crappy generally whilst drinking alcohol. Doesn't necessarily put me in a bad mood I just seem to be enjoying it less and less recently. Don't know whether to just stop drinking by habit at gigs/when meeting friends, cut down...
