Re: Danzig W/Doyle

Danzig is the only man I have any desire to hear singing those songs. Been listening to his various bands since I was a kid and would be very happy to finally see him play live. Whether it be Misfits tracks, Danzig tracks or Samhain tracks I don't mind, just get him booked.

Re: Clutch

Amazed that in all the time BOA has been running they've never booked this band. Great live and a real feel good band.

Re: Ghost

Ghost are great and let's be honest this is a metal festival which means it should cover everything from the lightest end of that spectrum right through to the heaviest. As I get older I find I much prefer seeing the more melodic metal bands live as opposed to the extreme stuff. It breaks the day up...

Re: Twisted Sister

Would be great to see them one last time at BOA. A great and fitting finale to their career in the country that broke them.

Re: Blind Guardian

Yes, yes, yes, yes!!!!! Not seen them since that 2009 performance at BOA and was gutted to miss them in London this year. A return to BOA would be most welcome for the best power metal band on the planet.

I am gutted to have heard that Sir Bobby Robson has died. He was a true footballing legend and a gentleman. RIP Sir Bobby!

Re: What has made you happy today

Just watched Springsteen's performance from last night, that's made my day. Excellent performers every one of them, and I suspect today will now be a Bruce Springsteen day. :D

If Lunar Sanctum has anything to do with it she'll have featured several times already.

Re: movies

Just waiting to see a French horror movie called Martyrs. All of the reviews I've seen seem to think it's a bit special, and they're putting it in the same class as Cannibal Holocaust and Last House on the Left. Will post once I've watched it.

Re: movies

Basically, the end sets up the sequel, as Bond still hasn't broken the Quantum organisation that Vesper Lynn was involve...
