Re: Trivial Grumblings

Now that I'm a team leader I actually have to do early shifts. Had to be up at 4:30 this morning to get ready and had a terrible sleep, slept a total of 4 and a half hours, an hour and a half at a time. And I have a mid shift tomorrow, mid shifts are silly. Especially on a Tuesday.

Re: What has made you happy today

Finally figured out how to make Spotify worth using on my ps4. It only plays a small selection of the songs in your playlists on there as standard for some reason, even on shuffle and also doesn't let you pick your starred playlist. I can control it from my tablet though and pick my starred playlist...

XRe: Computer Games Thread

My brother has preordered phantom pain on ps4 so I could download it if I want. I may do that and then buy mad Max digital and call it even. The reviews (sorry, pre-review impressions) are all good so it might be worth a try. Problem is the ps4 hard drive is so small when you look at the size of the...

Re: The Wrestling Thread

I believe it was Alberto del Rio who said cena is the best he has been in the ring with, and the only person he allowed to call his matches for him. Cena is a great wrestler no doubt, I just find him boring to watch at this point. And yeah my only problem with summerslam is it was about 2 hours too l...

Re: The Wrestling Thread

So what did everyone think of takeover and summerslam? I thought takeover was overall the better show, not a fan of bailey but I can see why she won the title. Don't think she's close to Becky or Sasha's level but I'm hoping to see one of them win the divas title very soon. However, I can see Charlo...

Re: Computer Games Thread

Only metal gear game I have enjoyed was revengeance. Silly name, fun game. Had a quick go on the black ops 3 beta tonight and I have to say it has, similarly to black ops 2, rekindled my interest in cod. It's excellent. Other than that I have not found much use for my PS4 lately, I might buy cod for...

Re: Computer Games Thread

I have both games on 360 (and gears on Xbox one through backwards compatibility) so I'm not interested. Only remasters I have bought were sleeping dogs (because it was that damn good) God of war 3 and the last of us, because I never had a ps3.

Re: Computer Games Thread

The taken king essentially IS destiny 2. The plan is to keep updating the game rather than release a sequel, at least for the time being.

Re: Computer Games Thread

My brother went and bought the taken king, so I'll get access to it as well. I'll play it since I didn't have to pay

Re: What pissed you off today

Was out walking the dogs and just been given a £40 fine for not picking up dog shit. I would!don't mind, but It was genuinely not my fault. My brother decided to bring 2 shit bags for 2 dogs, one dog went twice. He's paying half the fucking fine.

Re: Computer Games Thread

I had heard the prices of psnow were going to be fixed after the beta, and I can't quite remember what the beta prices were but after looking today I can't see how they've fixed them... £5 to rent most of the games for 2 days, £8 for 30 days, when most of these games are available to buy for under £...

Re: Computer Games Thread

The thing about destiny is that in terms of its gameplay its a lot better than most of the grindy RPGs I've played, but I only really go on for the weekly nightfall strike now. They're changing a lot with the taken king but I still don't fancy £40 for an expansion. Got rare replay on Xbox one, playe...
