oblivion is amazing on consoles, of course it looks much better on a PC but thats only because of the mods. if RPG's are designed for playing on a console, they work extremely well. ones that are made for PC and ported to consoles dont work so well, but even then they're still playable. i read what you posted, i assume you mean you get more precision from a mouse? it's not a concern, im unaware of any games that require you to be more accurate than is possible on a console. in fact i've never had any problems with accuracy that couldnt be solved my changing my controller settings....
