Re: Last gig ticket you bought?

Cattle Decapitation // Osiah // The Brood @ Venue 229 Oct 31st.
(Unless it's been renamed from something else I think this is a new venue for me)

Desaster // Root // Archgoat // Mork @ the Underworld Dec 1st.

Re: Being sober at gigs

I actually did Tomb Mold stone cold sober as I was on a course of tablets.

It's very rare that I don't have any beer at all but I didn't notice a reduction in enjoyment and I remembered all of it the next day!

No thanks. Never been much of a Queen fan anyway but at those prices, with an average singer, they're avin a larf guvnar.

It's insanely dark. Takes several listens to fully appreciate but sounding even better now the days are getting colder and autumn is approaching.

To be honest, after being initially impressed with the sound and extreme brutality of it, I haven't returned to it very much. As with all slamming brutal-death albums, it suffers from a lack of variety.

I'm enjoying the Enforced album. Very Power Trippy which seems to be quite a common thing at the moment.

Re: 2019 Albums

Think I’ve narrowed it down to my top 5 albums so far this year: This is where I'm heading: 1. Wormwitch - Heaven that Dwells Within 2. Tomb Mold - Planetary Clairvoyance 3. Devil Master - Satan Spits on Children of Light 4. Bewitcher - Under the Witching Cross 5. Darkthrone - Old Star Honorable Me...

Never been a fan but I think it's rank that Francis Rossi has carried on since the passing of Rock Parfitt and actually slagged him off in interviews since he died.

I've never even heard of them. Not really my cup of tea but 10/10 for originality.

Re: 2019 Albums

So what do the Ghost fans on this board think of the two new songs?

I like them. Love that psych sound on Kiss the Go-Goat.
