I've never even heard of them. Not really my cup of tea but 10/10 for originality.

Re: 2019 Albums

So what do the Ghost fans on this board think of the two new songs?

I like them. Love that psych sound on Kiss the Go-Goat.

I prefer his old stuff to the newer industrial stuff but Gary Numan is still great live. I saw him 2 or 3 years ago at Standon Calling

Re: Last Gig/Next Gig Thread

Last:
Tomb Mold / Ritual Necromancy / Of Feather And Bone / Slimelord at Nambucca
That was fucking insane. All four of the bands were awesome but I was particularly blown away by OFAB. It was rammed for Tomb Mold and the pit was massive.

Next (at the moment):
Ghost at Wembley

Re: Max & Iggor Cavalera - Return Beneath Arise - Dec 2019

Come back at me when you get an education on Heavy Metal please. Because you don't have a clue. Having a heavy metal "education" as you put it means nothing if you don't have taste. And for the record, I too picked up an import copy of Schizophrenia in the late 80's. Just because you're a...

Can't be arsed with two albums I thought were poor at the time and haven't really improved with age.

They're OK with the lighter, poppier stuff like Ghost but as a general rule of thumb the more extreme it is, the more they hate it.

Re: Lamb of God (+ kreator) Tour 2020

I agree it's strange that the rest of Europe has it billed as a co-headline tour. I guess Kreator's stock isn't quite as high over here.

I'm still tempted by this one though as Kreator + Power Trip for £35 ish ain't bad in my book.

I'm struggling with it. At the moment, it seems too much like hard work. :?

Aenima is one of my favourite albums of all time, Lateralus not far behind but dare I say it, have Tool released a boring album?

Next: Tomb Mold / Ritual Necromancy / Of Feather and Bone / Slimelord at Nambucca. Can't wait for this one.

Only other I can think of is Baroness - Volbeat, but I like both.

I'd forgotten about Gwar & Voivod.

I was thinking Slipknot & Behemoth.... Not that I'm a massive Behemoth fan tbf.
