Re: Next announcement

Haha, fair point. I remember when I saw Anaal Nathrakh at the Electrowerkz (by far the grubbiest, nastiest venue I have been to) and they were charging £4 for a can of Red Stripe! ...and that's after they tidied it up a bit! In the earlier days of Slimelight there it was an unlicensed club where yo...

Re: Next announcement

Calling most small clubs toilets is an insult to toilets. At least a toilet doesn't charge you nearly £5 for a can of shit lager. Haha, fair point. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrZwIYQNp_k Awesome memories of last Saturday. That's me and my mates wrecking our necks front and centre. Jaguar sound pretty good. Do they stick to all the good stuff live these days? But fuck me, how good does the Saracen singer sound? He's the original singer as w...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

As a reality check following my trip to see Huddersfield at the Emirates, last night I went to see them at Dagenham & Redbridge! Certainly not a classic but we did meet Huddersfield's most famous fan Sir Patrick Stewart at half time. Fair play that he wasn't lording it up with the directors, but...

Re: What pissed you off today

Got bitten by something, presumably mosquitos, while on holiday and my foot has swollen so much over the weekend that I couldn't get my shoes on this morning so sat at work in sandals. To compound annoyance I'm still trying to get a doctors appointment :(
