My ex arranging for me to look after friend's kids the day after Bloodstock without asking me! Nice kids but a tad inconsiderate given how weary both I and my lad are :-(

Started (and finished) both Child 42 and The Secret Speach by Tom Rob Smith in the last week. Both great books. Sadly all the other things I was intending to do this week still remain undone!

Half way through John Hatcher's history of The Black Death. A light read I received for Xmas. Actually it is very splendid and I'm finding it fascinating.
