Re: German Big Four

Objectively, that's too much thrash, but personally, I'd be happy with this!

Re: Incineration Fest - Camden Town 09/05/20

Tsjuder Lucifer's Child have me interest, and the fest is well run.

What's the venue(s) this year?

Re: Next Announcement

Who I will get: Hatebreed, Code Orange, King810, Volbeat, FFDP, Deathstars, Body Count, Clawfinger So long as you get them and not the rest of us and I'll be happy with that arrangement  Whitesnake What makes you think Whitesnake? Personally be 50/50, good band but Coverdale's voice is shot; l...

Re: Next Announcement

Volbeat, Five Finger Death Punch and Whitesnake are my guess for headliners. I wouldn't expect it to be that popular with folks round here mind.

Re: BOA 2019: Rate the bands

I've seen Scorpions three times in recent years and I feel they've declined substantially and rapidly. The first time was at Ramblin Man in 2015 ( setlist here ) which I thought was a triumph. I wasn't too familar with them at the time but was very impressed with their show. Last year I saw them at...

Re: BOA 2019: Rate the bands

Rotting christ 7/10 always good, not my preferred setlist, but still strong Death Angel - 6/10 Good solid start to the day Metal Church - 7/10 Meat and potatoes, but tasty when cooked proper Soulfly - 4/10 Bit of a nostalgia band for me, but they, overall, failed to move me. Children of Bodom - 7/10...

Re: BOA 2019: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.

Good: Every day had at least two or three really good bands, and Sunday was packed with them, great! Met lots of nice people; the usual friendly atmosphere was present and correct. The security were really nice. Getting a pillow from the camping shop helped with sleep no end. Good selection of Ales,...

Ross the Boss smashed it.

Sorry.

Why would he be here? :?

Yep. I bet he's really unhappy with all the royalties he's just earned by doing absolutely nothing....

I imagine Ross is fine with the royalties he gets from the manowar end of things.

Re: Dimmu Borgir cancel

Yes, they're a bit controversial, but I am actually pretty impressed they got a big-ish band of a similar type on such short notice.

Re: Dimmu Borgir cancel

My Dying Bride would be a more appropriate replacement than some suggestions. Their also British. It has to be a local act (or one that’s in the uk at the moment).

Re: See tickets.....

I would think you would contact the vendor, but I would try bloodstock too, both direct and on social media, make sure its public as well. I saw another complaint about See Tickets on Facebook, many something has gone wrong with their allocation.
