Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
I hate watching Barca, Bousquetts and Sanchez are diving pricks so I don't care if a team plays dirty against them, I want someone to break Bousquetts legs or preferably neck, never have I seen someone so tall go down so easy complete cheating twat You didn't see Pepe get hit in the face by some im...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
Pepe should also have been sent off for stamping on Messi's hand. He's a bloody horrible urchin isn't he. Mourinho is turning a once world class team into a group of disgusting whiney thugs. He'll fit right in when he takes Fergie's job, haha. Real were shit for like half a decade until Pellegrini ...

Re: Computer Games Thread
only when you play with people who dont understand that games are meant to be fun. my brother is one of those people. personally i only really play tekken online, occasionally cod or something but i can play with some of the best in tekken whereas im average at cod, so i find tekken more competitiv...

Playing any game online is shit. Except Fifa, cause I'm good at that.

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
George Reynolds' vanity project. It broke Darlo. He's a fucking crook. I would have given an indirect free kick against Lehmann. That would have been nice and hassle-free... I detect sarcasm. Not sure why? :? Well, he liked an argument didn't he. Also, sucks about Darlington. You'd think with the r...

Re: Computer Games Thread
AssCredRev and Saint's Row 3 came from Lovefilm. Not touched SR yet but I do love me some Assassin's Creed. It's by far the best historical property mogul simulator there is. It's also the best mafia game around (in which you play a Don-type character; GTA doesn't count). It'll get slated for being ...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
Clearly not, because the FA aren't going to do anything about it. Inconsistency from those corrupt cunts is hardly anything new though. Has anything been in the news about it? I could see City lodging a complaint privately. The ref didn't do anything so it's allowed to be looked at and given a retr...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
I would have given an indirect free kick against Lehmann. Kompany was rightly sent off. Glen Johnson should have been sent off and the referee should be asked to explain why Johnson wasn't walked. Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
Remember: it doesn't matter if you win the ball. The law is about whether or not it's dangerous. You don't really know whether or not the other player sees the tackle coming and doesn't try and win the ball out of personal safety. Like when Lehman made Puyol realise he should just stay the fuck away...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
I wouldn't give either a red. I know there's a lot of money in football now, but like Grazzer said, occupational hazard. We get rid of tackling and it will be as dull as La Liga. But no one wants to get rid of tackling. They want to stop injuring the players that are actually fun to watch. English ...

Re: Computer Games Thread
Yeah the battle system is essentially the same, but I like that they've added a bit of exploration, NPCs and sidequests into it. Quite looking forward to the full game, since I seem to be one of the few people on the planet who actually liked FFXIII. Yeah I forgot to mention about the NPC aspect, y...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
Why can't people see that if those connect with a leg or ankle then it's going to snap it in two?
Alan Davies said it well after the Aaron Ramsey legbreak, that no one wants to take tackling out the game, they want to take leg breaking out the game.

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread
I don't think he was trying to get Liverpool in trouble, but either way it's nothing anti-city, it's just the FA does whatever Fergie and Rooney tells them. As if Fergie would tell the FA not to send Liverpool players off. If he had his way Johnson would have gotten red for the tackle and Clichy (t...
