Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

Tranmere actually have fans. Wow. You learn something new every day. Then again, I suppose I can't mock when one considers the absolute bumpkin team I support.

Re: What pissed you off today

A kid being punched in the face in his first time as a year 7 at the school. Not sure if he'll be back tomorrow, his parents seemed pretty miffed.

It annoys me how the far bad kids at the school pretty much single handedly created the reputation for the school. :x

It was, honestly and truly, one of the worst England games I've seen in a long time. Neither team was particularly brilliant. Jags and Cahill were unstoppable, though. :P

Re: A free-for-all thread

So tomorrow I have to be up for 6, in work for 7:30, and seeing the buses in at 7:45. Then a meeting from 3pm to 7:30. Then a football match for my 6-a-side team at 8pm.

I adore Mondays.

Is it just me that thinks that Gareth Bale is shit?

And no to a Team GB. I don't even support England.

I don't think he's shit. But I don't think he's quite worth all the hype.

Re: A free-for-all thread

You know you're getting older when you start to fancy the women your dad used to find attractive Depends entirely on who it is. In fact, my old man tends to fancy most of the girls I do, including my current female friends. Martine McCutcheon I never got it when I was younger but now I fully ...

best type of response to silence them - did make me laugh though, could've only been better if Portugal had been playing Wales That'd be interesting to see, actually. The two most expensive players in the world, head to head in a deadly battle. Apart from that one player has other good players arou...

Re: The (Un) Official Football thread

The gutting thing is that our age old Bristol grudge matches won't happen this season, and we thought it might if only Bristol City could've saved themselves. The nearest we have is Bournemouth. :| Age old? Between Yeovil and the Bristol clubs? Didn't Yeovil first come into the Football League abou...

Re: movies

Man, seeing that Robocop trailer makes me wish I saw the film as a youngster and have a reason to give a shit about this film The original Robocop was awesome. It doesn't look like it's going to be as 'adult' as the original, which had some pretty over the top gore scenes. And one of the most harro...
